Unlike the Youth Academy where you train players for months, here management is instant:
The weekly "Click"
You call for a player once a week in the youth section.
Pure Chance
The system generates a player based on your network level.
Promotion
If they are 17 or older, they go straight to the first team (or the bin).
2. The Cost (Investment)

Key Fact
To reach the Excellent level, you must maintain the 20,000 € investment for several consecutive weeks. If you lower it, the network level will drop rapidly.
Pros
- Time-saving: Ideal if you don't want to manage youth lineups.
- Surprise: Possibility of pulling a "crack" without any management effort.
Cons
- Less control: You cannot choose what to train. It's a gamble.
- More expensive: It costs 20,000 € vs the 15,000 € of the Academy.
