Cards and Sanctions System

Managing discipline, accumulation, and impact on training.

A red card doesn't just leave you with 10 men; it can ruin the week's training if you don't react in time.

๐ŸŸจ The Yellow Card

These accumulate during the official season. Two in the same match lead to an immediate sending-off.

The Rule of 3: Accumulating 3 yellow cards in official matches (League, Cup, Qualifiers) results in a one-match ban.

๐ŸŸฅ The Red Card

A straight red or a second yellow means leaving the pitch and an automatic suspension for the next official match.

Reset: After serving the suspension, the player's yellow card counter returns to zero.

Training and Red Cards

A sent-off player only receives training for the minutes played. As manager of the "Laboratory", you must calculate the difference:

60'

Minute of the red card

+
30'

Minutes in friendly

Strategy: If he is sent off at the 60th minute, play him for 30 minutes in Thursday's friendly to reach the 90-minute total.

๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ Who is at risk?

  • Psychological Profile: High aggressiveness and low honesty.
  • Inexperience: Rookie players commit more pointless fouls.
  • Specialty: "Powerful" players may receive yellow cards when playing "Pressing".

๐Ÿงน Clearing the Record

Season End: All cards are cleared before the first official match of the new season.

Friendlies: Cards exist but do not accumulate or trigger official match bans. They are a safe environment to test aggressive players.
