As the Giru Giru FC project is recent (established in 2026), the board of directors has decided to implement the Scouting Network model. This system allows us to search for and sign young prospects, integrating them directly into the first team.

We are fully aware of the risk: these players will not be 100% prepared and will lack optimized training due to limited management time during our initial stages. However, this is the most viable path to launch our project competitively. Looking ahead, the board's long-term goal remains the opening of a fully dedicated youth academy.

Currently, our scouting network is focused exclusively on the Encamp region. We look for young players with great potential willing to learn.
