Youth System: Scouting Network vs. Academy
Two philosophies for generating the talent of the future
Scouting Network
Designed for managers seeking absolute simplicity. One click per week and luck decides the outcome.
- Investment: 0 €, 5k, 10k or 20k € weekly.
- Mechanics: You request either a goalkeeper or an outfield player.
- Evolution: Network level increases with consistency (from Disastrous to Excellent).
Warning: If you stop investing for a week, the structure deteriorates rapidly.
Youth Academy
A real second team. Up to 18 players where you are the coach, the scout, and the sporting director.
- Scouts: Up to 3 scouts spread across different regions.
- Training: You choose primary and secondary focus (e.g., Playmaking + Passing).
- Reports: The coach gives you clues about the player's true potential.
Advantage: Allows you to "mold" the star player and promote them at exactly 17 years old.

Promotion Requirements
Regardless of the system you choose, to promote a youth player to the first team, they must meet:
Tip: Never promote a player unless they are 17 years and a few days old. Every extra day spent in the youth squad reduces their market value as a "trainee".
