Stadium Management

Your most important fixed asset and source of recurring income.

Managing the stadium involves balancing fan demand with weekly maintenance costs.

🏟️ Seat types and economics

Each seat type has an entry price per ticket and a fixed maintenance cost paid weekly:

Seat Type Income per Ticket Weekly Cost
Terraces 7 € 0,5 €
Regular seats 10 € 0,7 €
Seats under roof 19 € 1,0 €
VIP boxes 35 € 2,5 €

🏗️ Stadium Expansion

Expansion takes a week or more and has a fixed cost of 10,000 € per project, plus the price of each new seat.

Golden Rule: Do not expand until your Member count x 20 exceeds your current capacity.

📉 Downsizing

Removing seats costs 6 €/unit. It is not recommended unless the stadium is excessively large and unsustainable.

Successful Proportions

To maximize income, maintain these proportions in your stadium:

  • Terraces 60%
  • Regular seats 23,5%
  • Seats under roof 14%
  • VIP boxes 2,5%

🌦️ Weather Factor

Rain reduces overall attendance, but fans who do show up prefer VIP boxes or seats under roof. A good proportion of these seats protects your total income against bad weather.

💰 Gate Receipt Split

  • League: Home team keeps 100%.
  • Cup: Home 67% / Away 33% (except finals on neutral ground: 50/50).
  • Friendlies and Promotion: 50/50 split for each team.
